Passive solar design meets heritage charm in this Toronto east-end renovation. We kept the Victorian facade but went full zero-carbon inside - geothermal heating and a green roof that's basically a mini meadow.

12-story mixed-use space downtown. The client wanted something bold but functional - we delivered with angled glass panels that actually reduce heat gain by 40%. Plus the street-level retail integration works beautifully.

Transformed an abandoned rail line into a 2.5km linear park. Honestly one of our favorite projects - bike paths, native plantings, and community gathering spots. The locals actually use it, which is what matters.

Six contemporary townhomes that respect the street's rhythm while being totally modern. Black brick facade with warm wood accents. Each unit's got its own personality but they work together as a family.

Waterfront revitalization that prioritizes pedestrians over cars - imagine that. We added flexible event spaces, better sightlines to the lake, and seating that's actually comfortable. Won a couple awards but the real win is seeing families use it.

Start-up office that needed to feel creative without being cliche. Flexible workstations, acoustic pods for calls, and a killer common area. They've grown from 20 to 80 employees and the space still works.

Our first certified net-zero home and we're pretty stoked about it. Solar array, triple-pane windows, super-insulated envelope. The owners' hydro bills are basically nothing. This is where architecture's headed.

Craft brewery meets industrial heritage. We worked within strict heritage guidelines but still managed to create something fresh. The exposed brewing tanks visible from the street pull people in - great for business.
